The Houghton Lake Blues Festival is put on by the Houghton Lake Performing Arts Association (HLPAA), a 501 c3 charitable foundation formed in 2018 who’s intention is to bring quality entertainment to the greater Roscommon area.

We are celebrating our 8th year with the popular Blues Festival which has brought both Michigan and National artists to the summer stage to help provide cultural enrichment for our residents and visitors alike. Financial support comes from grants, donations and ticket sales.
